Pro Golfer, Phil Mickelson is buying another golf course. According to AZ Central, the 27-hole Ocotillo Golf Resort in Arizona is being sold to Phil Mickelson and his agent Steve Loy, his brother Tim Mickelson, and Arizona Valley developer Spike Lawrence.
The golf course hasn’t closed, and the price isn’t being disclosed yet.
Loy and Mickelson already own the McDowell Mountain Golf Club in Scottsdale, the Palm Valley Golf Club in Goodyear, and several other courses in the Phoenix metro area. The Ocotillo Golf Resort will be the eighth course they own in the area. Mickelson does have his own private membership club, Mickelson Private Golf Corporate Membership .
